Description:	Bronze with Renaissance Brown patina. Number 2 in an adition of 12. Signed and inscribed on bottom left of top of upper base: "DE LUE sc © 1987 P [meaning posthumous, although this symbol was not consistently used] / 2/12 Tx". Cast at the Tallix Foundry in Beacon, NY. Mounted on Vermont Verde marble base measuring 1 1/2 x 16 x 11 1/4 inches. In fine condition. "This figure, which was begun as an idea for the I.B.M. Building in Atlanta, Georgia, shows that De Lue's cosmic figures continues to the end of his life. This was one of his last completed works" from D. Roger Howlett "Donald De Lue: Gods, Prophets, and Heroes," 1990, pg.170.
