Description:	Beall 183; Wuerth 585, edition of probably 40 proofs. Signed in pencil lower center: "Jo Pennell imp."; titled in pencil verso in a different hand: "Building Dover Pier". Inscribed in plate lower center: "Dover Harbour 1910 Joseph Pennell". A fine impression on cream laid paper, in fine condition aside slight scattered foxing, with margins measuring approximately 1/2" all around. Exhibited: Panama-Pacific International Exposition, San Francisco 1915.
