The Watercolors of Edward Clarke Cabot
Edward Clarke Cabot (1818-1901) lived and worked in the Boston area, specializing mostly in watercolors. Also a notable architect, he is best known for his design for the Boston Athenaeum. A student at the Academie Julien, his works have been exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago, the Boston Art Club, the Boston Athenaeum, the National Academy of Design, and the St. Botolph Club in Boston.
